What is REBUILD?

REBUILD is more than just a return-to-fitness plan—it’s a structured 3-phase system designed to help you regain control of your body, rebuild strength the right way, and feel confident lifting, moving, and living again after injury or therapy. Every client starts with a personalized assessment and progresses at a pace that respects where your body is now, while building toward where you want to be.

Here’s what REBUILD stands for

R – Restore motion
We begin with decompression-based breathing, footwork, and gentle mobility to bring ease back into movement.

E – Establish control
We layer in isometrics and low-load drills to reconnect brain and body, especially in areas you’ve been guarding or protecting.

B – Build base strength
Our programming introduces strength in a safe, supported way—focusing on alignment, tempo, and stability.

U – Understand your movement
You’ll gain awareness of how your body moves and compensates—empowering you to move with intention, not fear.

I – Integrate new patterns
We coach foundational exercises like squats, hinges, and carries using customized setups to help you reclaim trust in your joints.

L – Load with confidence
As your control and strength improve, we introduce more dynamic loading and complexity with low joint stress.

D – Develop durability
The final phase prepares you to return to performance-level training—so you don’t just recover, you come back stronger.
