Our Semi-Private Personal Training in Knoxville gives you the best of both worlds: fully individualized programming, with the energy and accountability of training alongside others. With a 4:1 client-to-coach ratio, every workout is tailored to your fitness level, goals, and lifestyle—from strength to mobility to cardio.

We design 12-week progressive plans, adjust week-to-week if need be, and support you beyond the gym floor.
