Our Small Group Team Training in Knoxville runs at a 12:1 ratio, but every person is following their own path. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, you’ll be matched to one of three training tracks—Foundations, Strong, or Total Package—based on your current ability and goals.

This isn’t a class with one workout for all. You’ll follow a structured, 12-week plan tailored to your needs, with a coach helping every step of the way.
